Mr. Diallo is a co-founder and President of Molido Services. As owner, he manages all futures of Molido Services concerning money transfers, travel agency and insurance. Mr. Diallo handles the day to day operations, along with his staff which includes client service and sales. Molido Services uses his extensive knowledge to assist a community where 90 percent of his clients are African Immigrants. He maintains a reputable full-service organization where he has twelve years, ten years of those as an interpreter and translator. Mr. Diallo is graduated with a business management degree from State tech of Memphis. Mr. Diallo has a wide-ranging background which includes over twelve years in the gaming industry; One of the most regulated in the world. Since 2001, he has worked for Lion Bridge as a contractor successfully working with over 100 cases for defendants. In this role, he translates and interprets (simultaneously and consecutively) services from English into French, Fulani, and Wolof in accordance with the Court Interpreters Act for defendants, witnesses and other participants in all criminal, civil matters and immigration court proceedings.

As the Programs Director, MD is responsible for the implantation, management, supervision, and evaluation of the organization’s programs in accordance with the national standards set out by the organization. Mr. Diallo, as a member of the senior management team, participates in strategic planning and budgeting initiatives in addition to working one-on-one with clients. He also works within the guidelines, policies, and the mission of the organization and he is accountable and responsible for specific projects as assigned.

As the Treasurer, he keeps the regular books of the account and renders to the Board of Directors, from time to time as required, an account of the financial condition of the corporation. He shall deliver an annual report at the annual meeting, and shall perform all others duties properly required pf the Treasurer by the Board of the Directors.
