We have partnerships with several corporations and agencies to assist with job placement and employee referrals. The employment process is generally intimidating and can be a cause for anxiety for new immigrants. We will assist those candidates with job placement and when necessary accompany to the job interviews and assistance with online applications. Our employee assistance program begins once a client walks through our door. We continue to provide assistance from completing the job application, to mock interviews, to negotiating salary and terms. We also have a training program that provides eight to sixteen hours of training for those interested in a career as a Security Guard or Home Health Aid. We will provide each client with a one-on-one analysis to determine their qualifications and job readiness.
